Profile Deletion

1. How to request deletion

Email us with the subject line EduSamachar CG Profile Deletion Request. Include your registered phone number/email, user ID if visible in the app, and a clear statement that you want your EduSamachar CG profile/account deleted.

2. Verification

For account security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing deletion. Do not share OTPs or passwords in email.

3. What may be deleted

• profile information;
• app preferences where technically possible;
• bookmarks and user-generated app state where applicable;
• test attempt records linked to the profile where deletion is permitted;
• device/session records where applicable.

4. What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security logs, dispute handling, or legitimate business records. Retained records will be limited to the purpose for which they are required.

5. Processing time

We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verification. Complex cases, payment disputes, or security issues may take longer.

6. Effect of deletion

After deletion, you may lose access to your profile, bookmarks, test history, paid entitlement association, referral data, and other app records. Deletion may be irreversible.
